How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchase". Your lifetime Pro unlock will be restored automatically.

How do I share a week?

Open My Weeks, tap the Share button on any week, and copy the 8-character code. Share the code with anyone — they can import your workout plan by entering it in the app.

Where is my data stored?

All your schedules and preferences are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you explicitly use the Share feature.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstalling the app removes all local data. Shared weeks on our server contain no personal information.
